It is possible that you got from someone an eBook, in exe format, with GiveAway rights, but you didn’t also get that eBook in an editable format, like .doc or .odt.

You have 4 choices:

1. You contact the person who gave you the eBook and ask for the editable format
2. You find an exe eBook decompiler
3. You print the exe eBook as a pdf file, then you extract the text from that pdf
4. You find a program that can copy text from exe eBooks.

Option #1 : Finding the author can take time and you can’t be sure that he will answer you back. Even if he does, this can take a long time.

Option #2 : The problem with the eBook decompilers is that not all the exe eBooks were created with the same program. Not only is hard to find what program was used to create the exe eBook, but you have to find the right decompiler, which can decompile the eBook you have.

Option #3 : This option doesn’t always work. Not every exe eBook has printing capabilities activated.

Option #4 : In my opinion, the best choice is #4. The best program I own that can select text from any of my exe files is called Aqua DeskPerience. This program can select text even from the menus of the Windows and from almost any place you have text.

Maybe there is a free program somewhere that can do the same, but never found one. Aqua DeskPerience has a trial and you can see for yourself what such program can do.

The problem:
Some beginner article writers do not know where to send the readers of their articles, who want to read more information from the same author.

The cause:
The writer has not decided yet what niches to write for. He has only one site and does not want to change the links from the articles, in the moment he will have one site for every niche.

The solution:
The writer should send the readers of his articles to a page that redirects to the actual page.

Step by step procedure:
Let us say the author’s site is called SergiuFUNIERU.com and the article is called “Where Do You Send The Readers Of Your Articles”.
Step 1 of 2:
- The author creates a folder, named Where-Do-You-Send-The-Readers-Of-Your-Articles
Step 2 of 2:
- The author creates a index page in that folder, that redirects to the desired page.
The author will send the readers to http://SergiuFUNIERU.com/articles/Where-Do-You-Send-The-Readers-Of-Your-Articles, which, in turn, will redirect them to the actual page.

Frequently asked questions:
Question 1 : Why not create a folder called 000000006, for instance? It would be shorter.
Answer 1 : Yes, but many people will believe that SergiuFUNIERU.com/000000006 is an affiliate link, even if it is not. If you do not believe this will happen, please contact me and I will show an example where a regular link was misinterpreted as an affiliate link. That link was not even on my site, but on site that had no affiliates whatsoever. A lot of people simply refused to access that link, just because it contained a number.

Question 2 : What language is necessary for redirection?
Answer 2 : Redirection can be done in several languages, including HTML and PHP. There are advantages to each approach. Please follow this link to see exactly the code.
http://SergiuFUNIERU.com/articles/Where-Do-You-Send-The-Readers-Of-Your-Articles

Question 3 : Why did you use “-”, instead of ” ” in the name of the folder?
Answer 3 : If I use spaces, then the address will become : “http://SergiuFUNIERU.com/articles/Where%20Do%20You%20Send%20The%20Readers%20Of%20Your%20Articles”, which is harder to read. Please notice that the web browser will replace ” ” with “%20″.

Question 4 : Why using an index.php or index.html page, inside the Where-Do-You-Send-The-Readers-Of-Your-Articles folder, and not using a page called Where-Do-You-Send-The-Readers-Of-Your-Articles.php or Where-Do-You-Send-The-Readers-Of-Your-Articles.html?
Answer 4 : There are several reasons for this:
a) The address http://SergiuFUNIERU.com/articles/Where-Do-You-Send-The-Readers-Of-Your-Articles looks better than http://SergiuFUNIERU.com/articles/Where-Do-You-Send-The-Readers-Of-Your-Articles.php
b) The address http://SergiuFUNIERU.com/articles/Where-Do-You-Send-The-Readers-Of-Your-Articles does not disclose the language you use on the index file. For an attacker, the extension html or php might accelerate the breaking of your site.
c) If, at one point, you decide to change the language from html to php, or to other language, the address http://SergiuFUNIERU.com/articles/Where-Do-You-Send-The-Readers-Of-Your-Articles remains the same. You just rename the index file. If you use http://SergiuFUNIERU.com/articles/Where-Do-You-Send-The-Readers-Of-Your-Articles.html, then you will have to change to http://SergiuFUNIERU.com/articles/Where-Do-You-Send-The-Readers-Of-Your-Articles.php, which is not the same address. You will defeat the entire purpose of redirecting.

Question 5 : How do you create a folder on your domain?
Answer 5 : You can do that using any FTP client.

Question 6 : Why did you use the /article subfolder?
Answer 6 : It is easier to have a separate folder for each purpose. For instance, /article will be for articles, /blog will be for your blog and so on.

The answer is very simple. Don’t write articles when you have no ideas. First, get the ideas, write them down on a paper on in a computer file, THEN start writing articles.

Writing an article without having the idea first is like making a soup without having the ingredients. You don’t put water to boil, then go to the market and buy the vegetables, don’t you?
You gather all vegetables, then boil the water, then add the vegetables in the boiled water.

So, the actual question is “Where do you get ideas?”.

The answer to this question is even simpler. Ideas are floating around you. You just have to grab them, and write them down.
Source of ideas:

1. Random thoughts
Several times a day, everybody has random thoughts. Write them down. Chances are that 1 out of 10 will be a great idea for an article.

2. Products you own
Let’s say you watch TV and see a commercial about a product. Do you own that product? If yes, what did you like it about? What you hate about it? Is there an affiliate program about that product?
You can easily write an article about that product.

3. News you heard
Did you know that …? Not everybody knows what you know. So, if you hear some news about a topic that interests you, make an article with your comments about the subject.

Just don’t forget to write down the ideas as soon as you get them. Within 24 hours, you’ll get enough ideas to get you started.

On a forum, everybody can start a topic. On a blog, only the owner of the blog can start a new topic. On an article directory, the article writer starts the topic.

On a forum, people ask questions hoping that someone will have the right answers for them. On blogs and article directories, the writers have the answers, hoping someone will ask the right questions.

An article directory is actually a moderated blog, with a lot of writers. Is moderated, because the owner of the article directory decides, in the end, which articles will be published.

When you try to be perfect, you waste a lot of time working on some minor details almost nobody notices.

What is really important when you write an article is to create a vivid image in your reader’s mind about what you are trying to say. Let’s say a man, in an Armani suit comes to tell you that he wrecked your car by accident. Later, a man dressed like a beggar tells you that he heard on the news that you won the lottery. Which of those two will give you more pleasure? The news is more important than the courier. The message of the article is more important than the way is written and the Grammar.

Of course, you should always try to comb your articles in order to make them look nice. FireFox has a spell checker integrated. When you post your article, FireFox will spot some of your obvious Grammar mistakes. Correct those, then let the article sit on your site!

Articles are an easy way to attract traffic to your site. The basic idea is to write an article and to submit it to an article directory.

The main purpose of an article directory is to make money, based on your work. Your reward can be a tiny share of that money, traffic, or both.

How about having an article directory, all for yourself?

Step 1. Buy a domain name.
A domain name with the word “articles” in it is a start. If you have a company, or if you want to use your name, you can add it in front of the articles.
Example : LunLunArticles.com

Step 2. Get a hosting company.

Step 3. Download and install a CMS (content management system).
I use WordPress, which as 2008, is one of the best FREE CMSs on the market.

Step 4. Get the content.
Many people believe that Google hates duplicate content. See for yourself : grab a PLR article, and search Google for the first sentence from the article. If you see only one result, then yes, Google hates duplicate content. If you see more than 10 different sites, with exactly the same article then … you draw the conclusion. So, a good place to start is to find a site that will offer you some PLR articles.
Take one article at a time and make it look nice. That is, bold, italicize, reformat the paragraph if you need. Then post on your site 10 articles a day.

Step 4. Create original content
After your article directory has at least 100 articles, you can start to post articles written by you. If you don’t like to read article, read eBooks about how you can write article fast and easy, like you write a letter to a friend.

Step 5. Get original content from others
After you have at least 500 articles, start to accept content from other authors.

Step 6. Get traffic to your site

Many sellers offer 30 days money back guarantee for the product they sell. This is supposed to make you feel that you have nothing to loose if you try the product and don’t like it.

The reality is different. In some cases, the seller will simply not answer your eMails, or will not want to return you the money. Especially if the seller uses PayPal, you’ll not be able to get your money back in some cases and the complaints will not help.

I have personal experience with this kind of situation. I even escalated the complaint, but I did not see my money back.

Beware of sellers who are not PayPal verified : sometimes they just take your money and run.

What can you do to protect yourself? First of all, try to contact the seller. Ask him a simple question about the product. For instance, ask him what he means by “instant download” – instant, almost instant or instant after verification. If he doesn’t bother to answer your eMail before you bought the product, chances are remote that he will give you your money back. Also, pay attention to his answer – how helpful and polite is. I’ve had the unpleasant surprise to have my eMail bounced back – his eMail address was no longer valid.
Second, try to search on Google for a review of that product and / or that seller. Sometimes, you’ll read details you’ve never thought about.

Last, but not least, try to search on Google if that product is available free. I once wanted to buy a book from a reseller site, and I found out searching on Google that the original seller was given that product free.
